What Our Privacy Policy Covers
This privacy policy discusses the “personal information” that Beaux Society obtains from you on www.beauxsociety.com, in store, in connection with the Beauty Insider Program (“Beauty Insider Membership.”), in connection with marketing offers, and under the Beaux Society Community program. When we use the term “personal information” we are referring to information that is about an identifiable individual. This may include things like your name, email address, mailing address, birthday, telephone number, photographs, personal images, or beauty profile information you provide such as hair colour and eye colour, or information about the products you purchase.
This privacy policy does not cover information that you submit on other websites, even if we communicate with you on those sites. For example, if you post something on Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube, that information is governed by the privacy policies on those websites, and is not governed by this policy. Information that Beaux obtains from you via the Beaux App (“Beaux Mobile”), including when you apply for Beauty Insider Membership or access your existing Beaux Premium or VIP Membership or Beaux Community, is governed by the Beaux Privacy Policy. Beaux Society primarily uses the personal information that it collects to provide you with products, information, and services. We may use your information to track your purchase history, suggest products, and to contact you for account and promotional purposes. For example, historical copies, or “caches,” may remain. |

Updated Credit Card Information |
If you have given Beaux Society permission to store your credit card information and your credit card issuer provides an account updater service, we may receive updated credit card information from the issuer (through third party service providers), including updated credit card number and expiry date. If you don’t want merchants like Beaux Society to receive your updated credit card information please contact your card issuer. |
You may also withdraw your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of personal information at any time, subject to contractual and legal restrictions and reasonable notice. However, if you withdraw your consent to certain uses or disclosures of your personal information, we may no longer be able to provide certain of our products or services. |
